Villa Ariadne is a private estate in Porto Heli, with two independent, fully equipped houses on the same plot. Set on a 6,000-square-metre plot, the villa enjoys panoramic views of Spetses, Porto Heli and the opposite coast towards Astros. Guests enjoy the comfort and privacy of separate living spaces, as well as the pool, garden, bar, barbecue and generous outdoor areas. The estate has two parking areas. Guests have exclusive use of all amenities throughout their stay.

The villa is ideal for families, couples travelling together, or small groups who wish to stay close while still enjoying their own space and independence.

The Poolside House is the main indoor-outdoor living area of the villa, with direct access to the pool area and the marble patio.

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is three nights.

How much does a stay cost?

Rates range from €390 to €490 per night, depending on the season and length of stay. Cleaning and the applicable Climate Crisis Resilience Fee are charged separately. Contact us for availability and a quote.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Is your calendar up to date?

Our calendar is synced with the calendars on other platforms, so it should be up to date. We will confirm availability once we receive your enquiry and respond within 24 hours.

What are your booking and cancellation policies?

Payments are made in two instalments. Reservations are confirmed after the deposit is received. If a reservation is cancelled at least one month before arrival, the guest receives a full refund. Full booking and cancellation terms are shared before confirmation.

Are animals allowed?

No. Animals are not permitted at Villa Ariadne.

Does the pool have shallow parts?

No, the swimming pool has no shallow parts. Children must be supervised at all times.

Will we have the villa to ourselves?

Yes. Guests have exclusive access to all amenities, and both houses are included in the full-villa price.

Are Wi-Fi and air conditioning available?

Wi-Fi is available in both houses. All rooms have new or well-maintained air conditioning.

How is access to the villa?

The final 4 minutes of the road are unpaved.

Can the houses be rented separately?

From October to May, the houses can be rented separately at lower seasonal rates. The pool remains closed during this period.
