Villa Ariadne is a private villa in Porto Heli, offering two independent, fully equipped houses within the same estate. Set on a 6,000-square-metre plot, the villa enjoys panoramic views of Spetses and the town of Porto Heli. Guests can enjoy the comfort and privacy of separate living spaces while sharing outdoor amenities, including a swimming pool, spacious terraces, a bar area, barbecue facilities, two parking areas, and inviting outdoor lounging areas. They have exclusive access to all amenities during their stay.

The villa is ideal for families, couples travelling together, or small groups who wish to stay close while still enjoying their own space and independence. We also welcome small, trained pets.

Payments are made in two instalments. Reservations are confirmed after the deposit is received. If a reservation is cancelled at least one month before arrival, the guest receives a full refund. Full booking and cancellation terms are shared before confirmation.
